The maintainer went by our gravel road today and took out all the milkweed I have been watching. The tallest was 6 inches tall. Yesterday I saw my first monarch but had no eggs last night. Guess I will have to wait awhile now for eggs. The ditches will be full of milkweed but not for about a month.
