I've been anxiously awaiting this first sighting. I've seen many other butterflies, and the milkweed is two and a half feet tall, so I thought they should be here. Maybe, like our hummingbirds that arrived so late, they just got off course. It has been a real joy to read your info. on hummers and monarchs. Ruby Clodfelter
