My class has been watching daily for our first Monarch of the Spring. Today we were rewarded; we saw one adult Monarch outside our room; on a Maple Tree resting. Later it flew by our window; quite exciting for a class who had sent 9 adults (begun from field found caterpillars and eggs) Southward in the fall!
