I live in Indianapolis, Indiana and today (June 24) I spotted my first Monarch for the year, a male, flying about in a field. No signs of eggs or cats though. Milkweed looks good this year and is in full bloom. Last year I didn’t see a Monarch in Indianapolis until near the end of July.
