The common milkweed(almost 5 feet tall) has been waiting for months for the monarchs to return and I finally saw my first on Saturday, July 3rd. On July 5th, another showed up to visit my gardens. No signs of eggs! But I expect to see the milkweed chewed up with little caterpillars in the next few weeks.
