We have seen no Monarch butterflies yet, but found a few eggs on our milkweed in our classroom garden. We brought 3 into the classroom on the clippings of milkweed for observation. Yesterday they were eggs, but today the teeny caterpillars have emerged from the eggs. The students were amazed at how tiny they are. We can't wait to watch them munch and grow over the next few days!
