I have not seen a monarch so far this month. The migration last fall was marginal, but it was good compared to this year. I was out in the nearby fields this morning looking for monarchs. Good rains have produced an abundance of wildflowers and there were a good number of butterflies, but no monarchs. I plan on biking along the Tennessee Tombigbee Waterway this Saturday. I can usually find migrating monarchs there. Fall is not the same without the Monarchs!
