Monarch Fall Roost

Date: 09/21/2004

Number: 1

Today,in the shelterbelt of trees surrounding my home, I noticed about 150 - 200 Monarchs resting on the Ponderosa pines and also the Chinese elm trees. There were clusters of them on the trees and also many fluttering from tree to tree. I took several pictures of them using my telephoto lens.
