Today (Monday 4 October 2004 ) is a great day to see migrating monarchs in Sweet Briar, Amherst County, VA.

I just counted 78 at the butterfly garden near the train station. Since this isn't a big migration year, today may be the most we'll see on a single day. They won't stick around long, so go visit, and bring your kids, grandkids, roommates, teammates ....
