Monarch Fall Roost

Date: 10/05/2004

Number: 1

Yesterday at 5:00 in Robert Lee, huge Monarch Butterflies were coming over the top of the Courthouse at about 5-10 every 5 min. They looked very healthy. Today in Bronte, about several hundred Monarch's are at their favorite "stop-over" on the Kickapoo Creek in the Pecan Trees just "hanging-out" waiting for the rain to stop and the next cool breezes to come. They are very bright and beautiful. I can't wait to see what happens tomorrow.
