Latitude and longitude are degrees, then minutes, then fractional minutes, from a GPS. This is our home location. (Our address is Saylorsburg, but we live closer to Sciota.) We are part of the Blue Ridge Homeschool group. Each family is planting some at home, and we planted as a group at a local park. Each family will report on their home tulips, as the ones at the park are in a spot that may heat up faster than average for our area.
