Van Meter is a small,friendly, rual, community. Our School mascott is the bulldog. We have less than 600 students enrolled in our school, and our school also conducts classes for grade levels K-12.
Van Meter is the home town of the famous Cleveland Indians pitcher, Bob Feller.
