We have not seen any Monarchs in our garden at all this year.Mr. Wert, our principal, saw one Monarch outside his window. Last year, we saw about 3-12 Monarchs every day in late September and early October.
We are still hoping to see some Monarchs this year.
We're helping the Monarchs by raising some in our classroom. Right now we have 13 butterflies in their chrysalises. They should be emerging in a couple of days.
