Half of Irwin's second graders (Room 106) planted their bulbs on Oct. 21 and the other half (Room 107) planted on Oct. 22. The students decided that one day wouldn't make any difference in the emerging and blooming dates of the bulbs next spring. Our experimental bulbs will be planted in the next few days. The students are very excited about participating in the International Tulip Garden Project!
