I was so surprised when I went out to some of our milkweed. A small patch was just about gobbled up so I relocated 45 caterpillars - many of them almost ready for chrysalis. However, after losing so many of my last ones to disease I did not want to take them inside. (We tagged about 50 but of the 50 I gave away almost all died.) Isn't this rather late for these poor babies?
