Council Elementary Students planted bulbs for the eighth year in a row, on a very balmy October day. We had the whole school planting red bulbs this year for SADD, (Students Against Destructive Decisions), so as we prepared our tulip bed, we also tilled several other areas around the school. Next spring we will have red bulbs blooming all over the campus! The weather was so cooperative. The rain came the very next day, on the 28th of October, to insure that our bulbs will be ready for the winter months.
