It was 3 o'clock on a Saturday in October. It was about 70-75ish degrees outside. The sun was out, but it was going down. My friend and I spotted a monarch flying north. It startled us at first becasue it just flew right infront of us, my friend slapped it away thinking it was a big bug. I thought it was sort of odd seeing one at the end of October becasue I thought they had already past Texas.
