On September 23rd, I drove back home to Rockwall. Texas and went to a park and there called Harry Myers park. I got to the park at 3:00 p.m. and left at 4:30 p.m. That day it was very sunny and quite. There wasn't any wind blowing and it was about 85 degrees outside. It was very nice and peaceful that day.

When I first got there I went over to a tree that had some dead branches towards the top of the tree. I didn't think that I would see any butterflies on a tree. Surprisingly, I saw 3 different butterflies on two separate branches.

The first one was black and orange. The outside of his wings were black and the inside of his wings were orange. The second butterfly I saw was black and peach. The outer part of his wing waqs peach with black linews. The last butterfly I saw was black and red. The outer part of his wing was black and the inner part was red. All three of these butterflies were so beautiful.

I was able to see monarch butterflies in this park that day because it was
