Ms. Brown's and Mrs. Twehus'classes planted our tulips on a sunny Wednesday afternoon in our schoolyard. We cleared the area of tall vegatation and other plants. The dead vegatation was taken to our compost pile to decompose. We then planted the bulbs according to the instructions in an area behind the school that will not be disturbed.
