On November 3rd the entire thrid grade at Tuckahoe planted their tulips. We had first graphed our garden bed on graph paper in our classrooms. Using the coordinate points we had used on our indoor graphs we duplicated the graph in our garden bed. It was a windy fall day as we began planting. By the end of the day it had turned cold and rainy. Now we need to sit, wait and wonder what is going on underground.
