At approximately 0930hrs, I was standing in the parking lot of a public fishing pier on the James River near Charles City, VA.

WX was moderate to heavy fog covering the river, dissapating over land but still overcast.

First sighting was eagle was flying west to east over the parking lot. Second sighting was a return trip over a nearby marsh. I managed to record 5 frames with a digital Nikon camera.

I also have an image of what may be an eagle nest (it's very large, the largest nest I've ever seen in the wild.)
