Bald eagle in a tree at about 8:00 CST. Perched above a marshy area in fairly remote farm land. Sighting after frigid snap involving unusually high barometric pressure ended with 25-30 mph winds from southeast during previous evening. Sugar, Pecatonica, and Rock rivers within 3-5 miles radius.
