Spotted a bald eagle this morning around 7:55 AM on my way to work. It was on Rt. 3 about a quarter mile past Pine Street heading towards Plattsburgh. It was on the opposite side of the river perched on a high branch. I've seen one flying in this area before but this was the first time I've gotten such a good look at one in the wild.
