We live on 1.5 acres with a forested area. There were about 75- 100 Robins digging through the fallen leaves on the edge of the forest. At first they were hard to see, due to their coloring. What we noticed first were the leaves flipping up all over the place, then we looked closer from the window and saw all the Robins standing still to listen for food, then they would jump and flip the dead leaves and grab their dinner.
