I was in awe as to how many Robins there were especially at this
time of the year. My office is on the second floor and right outside my
window is a very large tree with red berries on it that reaches to the
top of our building. I always have squirrels that sit and eat the
berries. They will actually come sit on the window seal and eat but I
have never seen so many Robins at one time. I would say that at least 20
if not more Robins were flying back and forth from tree to tree. They
would eat some berries and fly back to another tree and then back again.
What a beautiful sight as it was snowing (large flakes about 2 inches)
and the trees were all covered with snow. I sat at my window and just
watched them. They were here for about 1/2 hour. I commented on how
large I thought they were and they were definitely well fed.
