Robin (First SEEN)

Date: 02/04/2005

Number: 1

This afternoon I observed a healthy male robin perched at the top of an oak tree in a city park chirping, but not singing. He was very active and flew off to another tree after a couple of minutes. It is possible he may be an overwintering individual, given the abundance of wild hackberries in the area. But I pass through that park almost everyday and I have not observed him there previously.
