There have been many flocks of sandhill cranes seen flying north the last two weekends (2/6/05 - 2/13/05). They are on the move. We have been having springlike weather, even though it is still winter. We're happy to see them. We observed them flying south in the fall. What great birds they are! We love them. They don't live here. They just pass through.
