In the early afternoon today, a flock of 20 or more robins were flying above
the trees beside Ritson Rd, between the 7th and 8th concession roads north
of Oshawa.


Ritson Rd. runs N-S right through Oshawa north to the Oak Ridges Moraine;
there is a Ritson Road exit on the 401, or you can intersect it farther
north. The 7th concession is also known as the Columbus Road, and runs E_W
about 12 km north of the 401.


Are the birds all crazy? Early Feb. and we've got owls from the north and
robins and red-wings from the south!!
