Fifth grade students from Albany Public School 18 planted tulips on two cool, wet days (November 15 & 16)this fall. The garden is across the street from our school and we are looking forward to our tulips blooming in spring. We will check to see if any of them are "poking their heads up" in March when it is not too snowy in the garden.
