Thanks for sending the email reminding about robins' spring songs. The waves of robins arrived Dec. 17, 2004. They have been foraging all winter and this week I heard dawn songs and typical songs. Now we wait for the mockingbirds to start singing all night. The plum trees are all in bloom, daffodils are in flower, and, with bounteous rain this year, earthworms are often seen above ground. Haven't seen any robins eating them, though.
