Spring is sprung
The grass is riz
I wonder where the birdies is
Wonder no more. Spring is officially here. Being an old Ontario boy, I have
always considered spring to have begun when I heard either the Canada Geese flocks overhead or the first Red-winged Blackbird singing his melodious(?) squawk down by the lake.
A couple of minutes ago, I had a Red-wing sitting at the top of the birch tree in my backyard and singing his little heart out. Put away your snow shovels and get out your shorts and sandals.
