Our local newspaper ran a picture and short article about one Bald Eagle that was spotted near Lake Delta. This area is north of Rome, NY near Delta Lake State Park. Ice fisherman on the lake speculate that castaway carp draw the eagles attention. I'm putting in the name of the photographer, John Clifford, from the paper as the observer as he is the gentleman who took the pictures.
