I saw my first Ruby throated hummingbird on the afternoon of Feb. 26th. It flew across my neigbor's yard towards me, stopped mid air for a few seconds, then took off. I clearly saw the ruby color and the bright green on the back. It is only the second one I have ever seen in my yard!
