i was pleased to see the first sap today begin to run into my buckets,looks pretty clear and tastes quite sugary only got about a gallon or so to start.hope to do more as it begins to warm now ,hopefully ... happy spring and good luck in your own endevours and sure hope for a good sugar season bye troy lavoie ,northern new york
