Tulips BLOOMED

Date: 03/15/2005

Number: 1

Due to bot the drought conditions and the warmer daytime temperatures, the fruit trees in our river valley are 2 1/2 weeks ahead of time, causing much worry to the local orchardists. The potential for spring frosts is very high.

Our blooming tulips are about a week and a half ahead of normal. They usually bloom when we go on spring break, giving us a beautiful welcome when we return. This year, they're sending us on our way.
