Two bald eagles sighted along Oriskany Creek, just south of the village of Oriskany in Oneida County on March 14, 2005. Subsequent sightings in the following week. Today, March 21, 2005, it is possible that I found a nest site in what appears to be a sycamore tree, approximately one mile south of the village of Oriskany, visible from the bridge over Oriskany Creek, near where Lovers Lane intersects with the Valley Road.
