Our tulips emerged over Spring Break! Several are almost 10 cm tall and should be blooming soon! We have balmy and sunny 70 degree weather today, but we are expecting a dusting of snow over the weekend. SPRING has arrived in Wellsville at MacDonald and Garfield Elementaries and Daw Middle School, but "Ole Man Winter" does not want to let go!
