A Male Ruby-Throated Humminbird followed me into my classroom yesterday morning about 7:15 AM. The children thoroughly enjoyed watching him flutter about perching on various strings around the room. He would not fly down enough to get back out the door. A friend brought a feeder and we gradually coaxed him to the door. He left us around 11:00, but we got some great pictures.We know Spring is really here!!!
