Around 11:30 AM PST we noticed hundreds of butterflies crossing our property. They were coming from the East Southeast from a local area known as Bennett Valley and flying West Northwest toward downtown Santa Rosa. At the peak, there were 100s per minute. Now over one hour later, they are still going by, although the frequency and numbers are dwindling. How fun!
