My first sightings of robins in Rolla, ND occured on March 28, 2005, at
about 7:00 a.m. The observations were made while on my morning walk at
the edge of town. The temperature was about 30 degrees F, light and
variable breeze. On that first day, several (number uncertain) robins
were observed by call (no actual singing) and 2 were observed visually.
