Finally got out to the Cunningham ranch pasture and we found


36 A. oenotheroides plants varying from 4" to 8" in height

5 eggs

3 chew marks

no larvae



then we drove about a mile over to the canal on the east side
of the ranch where the county mower had wiped out the milkweed
the week after Easter. We found 12-15 recovering plants and
3 they had missed.

no chew marks
