We were sitting in our back yard and were amazed at the thousands of monarch butterflies that went right through our yard. The progression lasted for at least two hours. We had never seen anything like it in our lives. We thought it had to be a phenomenon, so we asked jeeves about it today. The butterflies were small and definitely on their way somewhere North.
