I said to myself this morning that I hadn't heard a phoebe yet. Within the hour, one appeard outside my window and began to sing! I always enjoy their clear song on April mornings before the trees have their leaves and other bird songs fills the air. What a delight to have the first phoebe arrive today, just as I'd been missing them.
