Here in New Orleans,
Louisiana thanks to a mild winter and the temperature buffering effects
of Lake Pontchartrain to our north, we had Monarchs and milkweed all
winter. I have some new milkweed sprouting up right now sure, but it has
steadily been doing that all winter long.
