I saw my first humming birds at my home on the 7th of April. I hurried toi fill my feeders. I have as many as 60+ birds sometimes. I have ruby and the plain green ones right now. This mornig I found an injured or sick Ruby on the deck, it was a chilly morning, my son wrapped him in a wash cloth warmed in the microwave and hand fed him some and set the feeder close when we had to leave for school. He just said it has recovered and flew away.
