I spotted a bald eagle feeding off of road kill on January 2nd, 2005. It was about 2 to 3 miles north of Speculator on Route 30 North. Other people had stopped to take pictures of it also. I took pictures and a small video of the eagle eating. What a beautiful bird, very exciting.
