In the garden on the south side of my townhouse I noticed 2-3 inche stalks of Asclepias tuberosa [buttteflyweed] peaking through the weeds this weekend. There are no stalks up yet on the north side of my townhouse.
We expect monarchs here sometime the first week of May.
Come and get 'em, Monarchs!
