Sadly,I am reporting that our tulips have not bloomed! In fact, they appear to be distressed. The leaves look sunbleached and sunburnt at the tips and this discoloration is spreading downward to the base of the leaves. The tulip plants have been visible since mid February. The class is still hopeful that one plant may bloom, but the garden doesn't seem healthy.
