The first tulips I've seen blooming in Toledo, Ohio, bloomed on April 20. Since we had about 4" of snow over the weekend, they really looked great Sunday AM, blooming in the snow. Said snow is already gone. Didn't bother the tulips a bit. It did knock a few petals off our Magnolia Tree and our flowering daffodils disappeared, but all in all it was an interesting break.
