Friday the 13th was not an unlucky day for me since I finally had my first Baltimore Oriole on my oranges on my front porch. Usually I see my first Orioles on about May 4th or May 5th but the weather has been cold this year. I sure hope they are around for a few days yet. Usually I continue to see them for about a week or two and then they're gone. They are so beautiful; I sure wish they'd be around all summer.
